Every Krumpld product is made to order with care. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Cancel anytime before production begins.

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, your order is being custom-made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled, modified or refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We'll confirm whether production has started.

Returns

Made-to-order products aren't eligible for general returns.

As every Krumpld product is made specifically for you after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding fit or style
  • Colour preference
  • Accidental or duplicate orders

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, our support team is always happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, contains the wrong product or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To investigate your claim, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the contents are fully visible.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement product or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Every product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit.

As all items are made specifically for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected during purchase.

Manufacturing Tolerance

Small variations are a natural part of the process.

A measurement variation of up to ±0.5 inches (±1.27 cm) is considered normal.

Minor variations in colour, fabric texture and print placement may occur due to the manufacturing and printing process and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
